CDC: Arctic Char Mermaid

Since I'm finished school now, I decided that to keep my art mojo going, I'd try my first character design challenge (CDC)!. And it was a PERFECT theme, as I adore mermaids, and I did a series of them last fall. This gal however is new! I based her colouration on an arctic char, but took some creative liberties, and the environment is obviously norther arctic. I had a lot of fun with her, and I'm excited to show her off to the world!
